We are currently seeking a passionate, driven, self-motivated Inside sales professional/customer service for Specialty Sales Market.
Core Responsibilities (not all inclusive):
Advocate cord blood banking Provide superior service to create extremely satisfied clients, including Answer client service calls professionally Check and respond appropriately to client emails and voicemails throughout the day Conduct outbound calls to warm leads in order to create conversations about cord blood banking Maintain a high productivity and efficiency level to maximize interactions Maintain client and employee confidentiality Complete all assigned daily activities Manage and maintain client data in database accurately Verify and distribute various forms, including client invoices and client-related documentation Assist with miscellaneous projects as necessary Participate in continuing education and training Facilitate educational events for expecting parents in the Mandarin market regarding cord blood banking Education and Training Bachelor's degree/or minimum two years of sales experience preferred Medical office experience a plus Additional Requirements Bilingual English/Mandarin Excellent communication and presentation skills required Some Patient/Doctor Office in person consultation Able to work weekends when needed Able to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment Ability to collaborate on team projects Potential to earn commission ' ' Work Location:
