We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure a stellar customer experience.
Remote work is available for this position.
This person's main focus would be answering high volume phones (50+/day) and directing those calls to the proper sales agent.
Someone who is knowledgeable and enjoys working in the automotive industry is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email, providing friendly and professional service.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
Minimum call volume expectation of 30 calls per day.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products/services.
Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
Assist with office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer experience.
Experience in retail is required, with automotive knowledge preferred.
Prefer candidates for experience with online retail platforms including eBay, Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, and Wordpress.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role required, with experience in retail environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.
