Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Dessert Maker to join our team.
As a Dessert Maker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts for our customers.

Duties:
- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, including cakes, pastries, cookies, and other sweet treats - Decorate desserts using various techniques such as piping, icing, and garnishing - Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area - Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards - Collaborate with the team to develop new dessert recipes and menu items - Provide excellent customer service by assisting with dessert selection and answering customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or bakery setting is preferred - Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment - Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality desserts - Strong attention to detail and artistic skills for cake decorating - Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - Customer service-oriented mindset Skills:
- Catering experience is a plus - Food handling knowledge is required - Familiarity with the food industry and food production processes - Culinary skills in baking and dessert making - Proficiency in kitchen operations and equipment usage - Cake decorating skills are highly desired - Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for customers This is a paid position.
