Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a passion for social media to join our team.
In this role, you will provide crucial support to our team across administrative tasks while also managing our social media presence.
You will be an integral part of our company, ensuring smooth operations and engaging our audience through various social media platforms.
You will be working closely with the CEO of Social Impact Services and Stash Proof/Iconic Mars.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, time card management, case management and handling correspondence.
Assist with the organization and execution of events, photo shoots, and other projects.
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
) by creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and compelling content that aligns with our brand identity.
Maintain a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels.
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a creative or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools (e.
g.
, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of social services, fashion, and music industries is a plus.
