Main Duties & Responsibilities
Rieke Packaging Systems is the global leader in pump dispensers, drum closures and packaging solutions. The Marketing Director HBHC is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of HBHC marketing and growth strategies, value proposition development for products, pricing strategy, evaluate financial aspects of product development , use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends, conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services. Works with global marketing in communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.5-6 line blurb about the client, the role, team and location. Responsibilities of the Marketing Director, Home & Beauty Healthcare:
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of HBHC marketing and growth strategies
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products
Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
Using sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and trends
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services
Responsible for all development efforts into new, profitable differentiated markets and applications of the products
Direct responsibility for the optimization of sales volumes, prices, market share, and contribution margin for specifically designated application sectors
Qualifications
Required Qualifications of the Marketing Director, Home & Beauty Healthcare:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent technical field
At least 10 years of relevant work experience
Global or multi-national exposure
Proven results of strategic marketing and developing new opportunities
Experience of developing and managing budgets
Proven sales development record
Preferred Qualifications of the Marketing Director, Home & Beauty Healthcare:
Master's Degree in relevant field
Experience with Plastic Packaging or in the Health & Beauty Homecare industries
