We are looking for Technical Manager (E3.1) for our client in Irwindale, CA   Job Title: Technical Manager (E3.1)   Job Location: Irwindale, CA   Job Type: Contract 12 Months   Job Description:   Create requirements Interact with the design, development and testing teams Reach out to various teams and perform the following: Explore the different products and technologies, including performing engineering scientific testing on tissue and models Lead a cross functional team to deliver a new product Analyze the business case and commercial viability of the different solutions to build business models with our Marketing Build a supply chain process and drive the creation of intercompany agreements to allow the distribution of a product Be skilled enough in mechanical engineering to create design changes on existing products to tweak for the specific intended use. Collaborate with the Regulatory team to write the submission for the newly created device. Subsystem testing and analysis Proactive planning and status reporting Design and development of test fixtures development Hardware test protocol review and updates Hardware test protocol dry run and formal verification Defect reporting and issue resolution support Change impact analysis and documentation Test report preparation Work with cross-functional product development teams Update documents and create Change Orders to release Update Design History Files ("DHFs") based on design and test results   Educational qualification (if must):   B.S. in Electrical or related.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
