Onsite Manager

Summary/Objective


The Onsite Manager acts as the central contact for hiring
managers and temporary associate employment and onboarding needs. You are
responsible for providing staffing, payroll, workers compensation and general
human resources clerical support to both temporary associates and the client.
In this position, most of your time would be spent interacting with the client
and employees, so exceptional communication and customer service skills are a
must.?


Essential Functions

  1. Managing day-to-day interaction with client, including
    daily information flow, problem solving, process improvements, reporting
    and direct management of the onsite Coordinator (if applicable).

  2. Provide immediate front line customer service to
    management team, associates and clients.

  3. Providing leadership and training to ensure onsite team
    members exceed client expectations and experience individual career
    growth.

  4. Handle order requests and changes from client
    management team.

  5. Handle associate relations activities, communications,
    and investigations.

  6. Manage the facility application process by placing
    advertisements, interviewing and placing employees on the production floor
    or warehouse.

  7. Provide site reports to Director level such as
    forecasting, recruiting, strategic planning and site action plans.

  8. Administer daily reporting as needed per client request.

  9. Able to meet deadlines given by client and WFE management.

  10. Building relationships with hiring managers, gaining
    knowledge of their areas of responsibilities and their staffing needs; to
    be a subject matter expert to deliver the best possible talent and service.

  11. Identifying qualified temporary employees through
    sourcing, recruiting and interviewing to create a candidate pipeline to
    meet current and future client demand.

  12. Ensuring full compliance of all policies and procedures
    are consistently executed.

  13. Train temporary associates on safety compliant
    guidelines.

  14. Manages
    current candidate activity in the Avionte Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  15. Manages
    timekeeping database (i.e., Novatime, Jantek, client specific),
    reconciliation of time cards and ensure payroll is submitted to WFE
    corporate in a timely basis. ?





Required Education and Experience
???? 1. High School diploma or GED.



???? 2. One to Five years of Onsite Management or Staffing experience.




Preferred Education and Experience




  1. Bilingual (English/Spanish).

  2. HRIS experience preferably Avionte applicant tracking system.

  3. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  4. Novatime or other timekeeping experience.

  5. Excellent Communication and written skills.

  6. Excellent Customer Service skills.

  7. Ability to calculate hours on a time sheet and to calculate regular and overtime pay.

  8. Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation.











Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
